The Ministry of National Education, through resolution
#7316 of 2007, renewed for 6 years the
accreditation of high quality for the Law
programs in the city of Bogota. By this, the
National Government explicitly recognizes
the high quality of these academic programs.

Best ECAES
Ranking at National level
At a National level, our Law
School at Sergio Arboleda University obtained in
2008 the following results for the ECAES
National Examination (National Examination of
Quality for High Education): First Place in
Commercial Law, second in International Law,
Civil Law, Professional Liability, and fifth
place in Labor Law, Administrative Law and
Constitutional Law, and remarkable results in
the others evaluated areas. With an average of
111.9, our Law School is in the top 5 best
results at a National level.
Thus, in addition to obtaining
excellent results, the University has previously
obtained twice the highest individual results:
José Fernando Sánchez in 2005 and Jorge Luis
Barone in 2007.
