How to Apply for Your Student Visa

Follow these steps to begin your academic journey: 

1. Pre-registration: Begin by filling out the Pre-Registration Form.

2. Pay the pre-registration fee: After submitting your pre-registration form, we will send you an invoice for the pre-registration fee, which covers the review of your documents and, if needed, a placement test. This fee is non-refundable.

3. Complete the admission process: Submit the completed Registration Form along with the required documentation, including copies of your passport, visa (if applicable), and proof of health insurance.

4. Approve the tuition quote: Once you receive the quote for your chosen sessions (enrollment in a minimum of three sessions is required to qualify for a student visa), review and approve it.

5. Secure your spot with a deposit: Make an initial deposit to confirm your enrollment and receive the necessary documents for your visa application, such as the Invitation Letter and Certificate of Legal Representation. This deposit is also non-refundable and will be deducted from your total tuition upon final payment.

6. Apply for your student visa: Complete your visa application on the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

7. Submit visa approval: Once your digital student visa is approved, send a copy to our Language Center to finalize your enrollment.

8. Complete payment in Colombia: Upon arrival in Colombia, settle the remaining tuition balance and start your classes.

Important Notes

Non-Refundable Fees: The registration fee and the deposit to reserve your place are non-refundable, even in cases of visa denial or personal circumstances.

Course Schedule: You can view the upcoming sessions for next year here: click here! Students arriving up to four days after their session start date must attend an 8-hour transition course to integrate into the next session.

In-Person Studies Requirement: The student visa is only valid for in-person courses.
